All the good restaurants in Atlanta

Atlanta’s a good place to live.

Besides the friends, family, trees, and sunny skies, it’s a great place to grab a meal—or so I’ve heard. Since Eric and I moved to town a year ago, we’ve had some great dates, but our progress in exploring the city has been slow. The budget app’s word is law, and a $14 burger at a just-ok gastropub isn’t a risk I’m willing to take.

When Eric and I eat out, we’re more adventurous than knowledgeable. If it’s fresh and tasty, we’ll like it just fine. We’ve got a special love for Indian, Thai, and vegetarian food. Plus I’ve got a sweet tooth, Eric loves coffee, and there’s pretty much nothing we won’t try once.

With that in mind, what separates Atlanta’s skippable restaurants from the truly great? I have no idea. I made a spreadsheet in the hopes of figuring that out.

Here’s the list. The spreadsheet software I built it on is the GOAT, but that’s a story for another time. Food now.
